Te reform should also put some limitations for the people that move into the country in order to reduce the number of people ha moves into the United States.  Amendment of this law will also help the American workers o hire the immigrants as per the requirements of immigration rules thus reducing the cases of illegal immigration (Davies, 2001).

            Question c

The reform on improvement of the legal immigration system and attraction of the brightest and the best people from all over the world needs to be eliminated. It is for the reason many people who are from United States will be displaced from their working sites or even be hindered from acquiring some opportunities in various levels of professionalism (Farnam, 2005). The reform should include some measures and laws that must be met by all people who come to work in United States. The reform should safeguard the interests of American people in the area of employment to ensure they are not denied access to various jobs (Johnson, 2009).
