REF: REQUEST FOR RESCHEDULING OF THE
ESTATE PLANNING WORKSHOP,
I have received your
invitation letter requesting me to carry out the workshop each and every Monday
evening. The workshop is supposed to run for a duration of four weeks and the
target audience is the 60 and more employees who wish to retire and seek guidance
regarding estate planning. The workshop is supposed to be conducted at the
standard fee but I am not sure whether this session is an extra session or it
will be a replacement for next February’s series as per our initial agreement.
I am ready to conduct
the workshop with your company employees but I would like to make a special
request to reschedule the dates of the meeting until April. I had made prior
commitments to travel to Paris to accompany my wife to an international
conference where she was to give an invited paper. Apart from accompanying her,
we had made prior plans to take a three-week tour to Europe with my family and
cancelling these plans would be detrimental.
I am well aware of
the schedules dates in February and such I was anticipating for our meeting
during the next meeting. However, I long for our long term relationships
because your organization is one of our loyal clients and I would like to
maintain that cordial relationship. Midas Investment Services has developed a
positive working relationship with your organization and we intend to keep it
that way.
Please let me know if
this workshop is meant to replace the usual scheduled February workshop, or it
is another series apart from the scheduled one. Additionally, let me know
whether this workshop is an additional one aside from the usual one.
