History Report: Post-Civil War | MyPaperHub

The economic and political position within the United States is a commitment of its historical changes in bringing sanity within the country after a prolonged injustice among other individuals. Here, the establishment of policies played an important role in shaping the general conducts of the country and its citizens towards both economic and political progress and prosperity. In this case, a proper understanding of the role that the political policies in the decades after the civil war would encourage personal acknowledgment on how such influences promoted diversity and what we call “melting point” despite the strong prejudices of a few (Schultz, 2014). Therefore, the position of interest revolves around the political policies application of the post-civil war within the United States and how it contributed to the economic progress and prosperity.

Schultz and Kevin (2014) acknowledged the commitment of the United States in promoting economic development after the civil wars within the country. Here, the historians promoted personal understanding by focusing on the relevant activities that led to the proposals of policies and laws that govern human conducts to the development initiative within the country. Relevantly, the Moody (1883) engages a concrete understanding of the current position of the United States in achieving its development strategies. The author explained how the agricultural activities promoted the existence of the American economy.

In fact, based on the ideological perception of the philosopher, the historical slavery positively influenced the current economic and political plan as can be currently seen within the United States. On the same level of argument, Meacham (2017) reasoned that political policies within the United States have promoted potential impact on the level of immigration within the United States. In this essence, other than the historical commitments of the Slaves within the United States, the economic and political encouragement of the country has also been influenced by the established policies and laws that govern the conducts of the citizens and the immigrants.

Personally, even though some of the view accord my ideological understanding concerning the position of the United States as a response of its commitment in both political and economic stands, I fairly differ on the content that the act of slavery promoted the current position of the United States. It is an ideology that promotes progress and proposes the necessary resources that must be implemented for a positive value in any activity. In this essence, the farming ideology contributed to the economic stand of the country. Such farming ideas came from the American natives, not the slaves. The slaves only promoted the enactment of the idea.

The established laws and policies that were put in place to handle corruption activities that existed during the post-civil war within the country have cohesively influenced the best economic freedom enjoyed in the current United States. The engaged laws have improved the commitments of the American citizens towards economic development other than personal development. It is through the economic stability that the American citizens are able to enjoy the superpower exhibited by the country to the entire global nations. Relevantly, given the superpower thing, the Americans are able to achieve high recognition within the globe. Therefore, the commitment if the political and economic policies that existed after post-civil wars potentially influenced both the social and economic lives enjoyed by the American citizens today.
