Personal Business Plan | MyPaperHub

Vision and Opportunity

Innovative entrepreneurship is an ideal field to venture in after university studies. With the growing technology and various dynamics in the job market, it is important as an engineer to invest in the field of technology applying the acquired knowledge. Successful implementation of the business will depend on passion, past experiences and the impact of the services in the society. Chasing my passion in technology field will enhance service delivery as a result of commitment and the love of what I am doing. Past experiences also will be the guiding aspect in all I do. With this experience acquiring electricity is the main problem in our lives. Environment is the main resource I will use to solve this issue. I will venture in producing renewable energy which will be cheap. The best producers of renewable energy are Solar and wind power. This will be the best business to start after completing campus.

Marketing and Implementation Plan

Successful implementation of business will require good strategies so that various stakeholders will benefit from the service. Quality and efficient service delivery are necessary to allow our potential clients appreciate the services we deliver. The unique nature of our products also makes it advantage over the competitors in energy sources industry. Solar energy is the cheapest source of energy once the initial cost is covered. Its durability and environmentally friendly nature make it the best power source (McKeever 17). Unlike natural gas and petroleum products which can be depleted, this power supply is ideal as an alternative to other energy sources. To be different from other investors, I will pursue my business plan and ensure the company succeeds and does not undergo any challenges that threatens it’s working.

Risks and Mitigation

Challenges are in every business, and it is important to ensure that various problems are handled before the company collapses. The growth of the industry is also important as this will generate more revenue and allow the expansion and the scope of the business. A key milestone in my business will be the ability to design and produce our own energy cells and ensure they are affordable. Measurement of the milestone achievement will be based on our customer's satisfaction and the generated income from our products services (Abrams 18). Risks for the planned solar installations and supply venture include competition from established industries and high operation cost.  To tackle such challenges risk mitigation is necessary so that the collapse of the business is avoided by ensuring operations are carried out efficiently to minimize wastages. Qualified personnel will also be employed in the company so that they can advise the company on significant matters concerning the operation. As a startup also, capital invested should be reasonable to avoid the financial issues that might interfere with the business.

Ethics

Ethical practices should be the main controller of a business. Such ethical operations include being responsible for our actions and meeting our clients' demands. Professionalism's is also important while carrying out the installations and safety of our customers and workers should be our priority. My mentors are Mark Zuckerberg who developed the well-known Facebook site and Jeff Bezos the leading entrepreneur. Ability to create solutions and offer best services in the world is worth emulating. As an entrepreneur, I aim at developing cheap energy to be used for long term basis.
